PCI Compliance Third-Party Audit

We're pleased to share that we've recently completed our annual on-site audit for PCI compliance. This audit confirms that we've been meeting all requirements to keep your important, sensitive data safe. We've shared more details about PCI compliance on our website and have added access to download our Attestation of Compliance.

New Website

After months of hard work and collaboration between many members of our team, we're excited to announce that we launched a new website earlier this year. We'll be keeping the site fresh with new articles, webinars and other resources to help your business grow.

MPI Integration

ThinkReservations has partnered with MPI (Mercantile Processing Inc.) to bring you a new option for a credit card processing direct connection. If you're already an MPI customer using Authorize.net, MPI will be reaching out to you directly to upgrade your connection.

Stripe Integration

ThinkReservations has partnered with Stripe to bring you another new option for a credit card processing direct connection.

Restrict Upsell Items by Rate Type

We've added the ability to restrict upsellable Items by Rate Type. This means you will be able to choose with which Rate Types each upsellable item will be available. This has been a highly requested feature and we know many of our customers will love the additional flexibility it brings to how you offer upsell items and packages.

Export Revenue by Rate Type Report

We're working hard to ensure all of our reports are exportable. Our latest update is for Revenue by Rate Type. Simply click the Export button to download your data.

Customer Credit Cards Affect Calendar Payment Status

Our reservation calendar provides a quick and easy way to identify the payment status of a reservation through color-coding. We have enhanced the reservation calendar to now understand when a reservation has a credit card saved to a customer. This means that when a reservation has a credit card on file, but no payment has been taken yet, it will display as yellow on the calendar whether the card is saved to the customer or the reservation.

Decide Which Custom Attributes are Required on the Booking Engine

Our Custom Bill Attributes feature allows you to create your own fields to capture information that isn't standard on our Bill page or our Booking Engine. This feature has been updated is to allow you to mark a field "required" by guests making a reservation using the Booking Engine.
