How to enable the new reservations page

  1. Login to your ThinkReservations account and navigate to Settings > Business Settings.
  2. At the top of the page, check the box "Enable new reservations user interface".
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.

On March 25th we will be enabling the new user interface for all customers

Here are just a few of the updates you'll experience:

New Pop-Up Modals

We’ve added convenient pop-up modals for a variety of tasks, making it easier than ever to create and edit reservations.

Smart Payment Button

Now when you select the Payment button, the amount you are most likely to charge will pre-populate. The first time you click Payment in a bill, it will show the deposit amount, if applicable. The second time, it will show either the remaining deposit or remaining balance due.

Adding a Guest to a Reservation

When you search for a guest or customer to add to a reservation, you’ll see all possible results, instead of just ten.

Number of Nights

You’ll now see the number of nights displayed along the top of the reservation, along with the room name, number of guests, arrival/departure dates, and rate type.

Credit Cards on File

We’ve made it easier to see the credit cards currently retained with a reservation, including the type of card, by placing this information right on the main page.

Remaining Balance

We’ve included the remaining balance due at both the top and bottom of the page for easy reference.
