Real-time guest communication with your staff

The guest experience begins long before your guest walks in the door. Start off on the right foot by creating a personal connection before arrival, and continue meeting their needs throughout their stay and beyond. ThinkMessenger allows anyone on your staff to participate in the servicing of your guest’s journey. With features like real time notifications, predefined message templates, internal staff notes for conversations, and visibility that someone else is typing, your staff will be able to asynchronously address all of your guests' questions and needs.

We all know how often guests miss email communications! Meet them where they're at by texting the important information they need for their stay and following up after they’ve come and gone, all without lifting a finger. ThinkMessenger allows you to configure as many templates as you need, and automate up to 3 reminder texts, 2 arrival texts, and 2 departure texts. Additional templates can be added to conversations as needed to quickly answer common questions you receive.

Custom surveys help to generate reviews and streamline operations

Simplify your day by asking guests for their preference ahead of time using an “Options” survey where you can create a prompt and options to choose from, then send an automatic response depending on which answer they choose. Garner more positive reviews from your happy customers by asking guests how they enjoyed their stay, and customizing your automated reply depending on their 1-10 rating.
